SECTION 7 - SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Estimated Shipping Times: Delivery timelines vary depending on the destination and product type. Estimated times will be provided at checkout but are not guaranteed.
Tracking Updates: Tracking information will be shared when available. Some tracking updates may occur after items reach a regional hub.
Custom Products: Custom items may take 3 weeks for shipment, with rare delays extending to 6 weeks.

SECTION 8 - RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Returns are subject to our Return Policy.

Non-Refundable Items: Custom products are non-refundable unless defective.
Condition of Returns: Items must be unused, in original packaging, and approved for return before shipping back to us.
Restocking Fee: Approved returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee.

SECTION 9 - CANCELLATION POLICY

Custom Items: Cancellations for custom-made products must be made within 1 hour of order placement.
Stocked Items: Orders for in-stock items can be canceled within 24 hours unless the item has already shipped.

You agree to abide by the terms regarding acceptable use of this site and services, including not submitting false or malicious information.

You agree that any disputes, claims, or controversies arising out of or relating to any purchase, including but not limited to chargebacks, shall be resolved exclusively in the small claims division of the Superior Court of California, County of Orange.

In the event of an unauthorized or invalid chargeback, the buyer agrees to reimburse Euro Auto Design for any fees, costs, or expenses incurred in responding to and resolving the chargeback, including court filing fees, process service fees, and other related costs.

By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree to this jurisdiction and fee reimbursement clause.
