Euro Auto Design — Refund & Return Policy

Last updated: 08/13/2026

We're enthusiasts building for enthusiasts, and we want every order to go well.

  • Inspect on arrival — within 72 hours. Report damage, defects, missing pieces, or wrong items within 72 hours of delivery, with photos. Open the box even if you're not installing right away.
  • Custom and made-to-order parts are final sale. Once we start producing or allocating a bespoke item for you (most carbon fiber, configured lighting, steering wheels), we can't cancel or refund it.
  • Eligible non-custom items can be returned within 14 days, unopened and unused — 25% restocking fee, or full store credit with no fee.
  • Fitment is on you to verify — we'll help. Ask us before you order if you're not 100% sure.

Full details below. If you'd rather just ask, we're at info@euroautodesign.com.

Agreement and Your Rights

By placing an order you agree to this policy along with our Shipping, Warranty, and Terms of Service policies. Your agreement — with date and time — is recorded at checkout. Nothing here limits any non-waivable rights you have under applicable law.

1. What We May Approve

We review every request individually and in good faith. A refund, replacement, repair, or store credit may be approved when:

  • The item arrives damaged, defective, missing, or incorrect and is reported within 72 hours of delivery with clear photo or video evidence.
  • We shipped the wrong item.
  • A verified fitment issue exists and you can show the part was professionally installed.
  • An order runs significantly beyond the timeframe we disclosed.

Where a resolution is approved, Euro Auto Design determines the appropriate remedy — replacement, replacement component, repair, partial refund, store credit, return authorization, or a full refund if we determine that's the appropriate outcome — based on the evidence and the product's condition.

2. What's Not Eligible

The following are not eligible for refund, return, cancellation, or dispute credit:

  • Custom, made-to-order, special-order, pre-order, and supplier-allocated items, unless confirmed damaged, defective, or incorrect on arrival. This covers anything sourced, built, or allocated specifically for your vehicle after you place the order, including:

    • Large exterior components — hoods, fenders, trunks, doors, quarter panels, full body kits, and similar body panels
    • Bespoke carbon fiber parts — front lips, diffusers, side skirts, spoilers, wings, canards, splitters, mirror caps, trims, and exhaust tips
    • Paktechz® products and other premium brand items produced or allocated to order
    • Lighting and electrical — headlights, tail lights, DRL modules, and configured lighting equipment
    • Steering wheels configured to your specific vehicle

If you're unsure whether a specific item is made-to-order, ask us before ordering — we'll tell you straight.

  • Wrong-configuration orders — the wrong year, model, trim, package, bumper style, body style, headlight type, or configuration selected at checkout. Fitment verification is your responsibility (see Section 4).

  • Installed, used, modified, painted, drilled, cut, wrapped, or ceramic-coated products, or products handled beyond normal inspection.

  • Buyer's remorse or losing interest in the build.

  • Unwillingness to install the part in the ways aftermarket parts normally require (drilling, trimming, adhesives, coding, minor bodywork), or changing your mind about affecting your vehicle's OEM warranty, factory paint, or OEM components. These are ordinary parts of modifying a car.

  • Not wanting to wait for a disclosed production or shipping timeline (Section 6).

  • Personal circumstances after ordering — the vehicle being sold, traded, damaged, or in an accident; traveling or moving; financial or plan changes; or buying a similar part elsewhere. Production and materials are committed the moment you order. See Section 5 for our goodwill approach.

  • Claims submitted after the applicable window.

  • Packages confirmed delivered by the carrier but reported missing (Section 7).

  • Products returned without written authorization from Euro Auto Design.

  • Delays within our disclosed timeframes, or caused by factors outside our reasonable control (Section 6).

  • Minor cosmetic imperfections or fitment adjustments that are normal for aftermarket parts (Section 4).

3. If Something Arrived Wrong — 72 Hours

Damage, defect, missing-item, and incorrect-item claims must be reported within 72 hours of delivery so we can document them with the carrier and supplier while the evidence is fresh.

Please inspect your order promptly, even if you're not installing right away. If you know you'll be traveling or otherwise unable to check the box within 72 hours, let us know before it arrives and we'll do what we can to accommodate. Claims after 72 hours may not be eligible, but we look at each situation on its facts.

If something looks off, pause before you install. Once a part is installed, modified, or altered, we lose the ability to verify what actually arrived — which can prevent us from approving your claim.

To open a claim, please send:

  • Order number, name, and delivery date
  • Clear photos of the product, the packaging, and the shipping label
  • Photos or video showing the issue
  • Installation documentation, if the claim involves fitment or function

If we confirm the issue, we'll offer a resolution based on the specifics.

4. Fitment, Installation, and What Aftermarket Means

Plenty of our customers install their own parts — that's welcome, and getting hands-on is half the fun of a build. You're responsible for confirming a part fits your exact vehicle before you buy, and we're glad to help you check — just email us. We strongly recommend professional installation for carbon fiber, exterior aero, lighting, grilles, and body panels.

A significant portion of what we sell is configured to your specific vehicle at checkout:

  • Lighting and electrical (headlights, tail lights, DRL modules, harnesses, adapters) is sourced based on your original headlight and electrical configuration — halogen vs. xenon vs. LED, adaptive vs. non-adaptive, pre-LCI vs. LCI, and market-specific variants.
  • Carbon fiber and exterior components are produced for the specific make, model, year range, trim, and body style listed on the product page — including package variants like M Sport vs. non-M Sport, competition packages, and facelift vs. pre-facelift.
  • Steering wheels are configured to the specific year, model, trim, airbag type, connector type, and control-button layout.

Because these are configured against what you select, an incorrect selection isn't our error. If you're not 100% sure which variant applies, contact us before ordering.

Aftermarket parts aren't OEM. They commonly require alignment, trimming, sanding, drilling, additional hardware, adhesive, coding, or bodywork to fit properly. Minor gaps, alignment variation, and adjustment needs are normal and don't, by themselves, qualify as defects.

Professional installation, where we ask for it, means an established shop or certified technician with a written invoice identifying the installer, vehicle, product, and work performed. DIY is welcome but harder for us to verify against defect claims — document your process if you install yourself.

Fitment issues discovered during installation. We understand that some fitment issues aren't visible until a part is actually being test-fit or installed — that's just the reality of aftermarket bodywork and electronics. If you're partway through an install and something clearly isn't fitting the way it should, stop, don't force it, and reach out to us. We're glad to review genuine fitment concerns discovered during installation. To help us verify the issue quickly, please send: photos of the part before install, photos showing the fitment problem in place, the professional installer's notes or invoice, and your vehicle's year, model, trim, and package. Continuing to force, modify, drill, cut, paint, or alter a part after you've noticed a fitment issue can void eligibility, because it removes our ability to tell a real fitment defect from install damage.

Latent defects. A genuine hidden defect that couldn't reasonably have been caught during normal pre-install inspection may be reviewed under our Warranty Policy, provided you stop use immediately, document the issue, and contact us promptly.

5. Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 1 hour of purchase, provided the order has not already entered processing, production, supplier allocation, packaging, or fulfillment. After that, orders are considered final; a 25% cancellation fee may apply if we can approve a cancellation as a courtesy.

Made-to-order and configured items may not be cancellable at all once placed, because production or allocation can begin immediately. Not wanting to wait for a disclosed lead time is not grounds for cancellation.

A note on unforeseen events. If life happens — your vehicle is in an accident, sold, or otherwise unavailable — we understand. We can't refund committed production costs, but we may, at our sole discretion and as a one-time courtesy, offer store credit, a partial resolution, or transfer the order to another eligible vehicle. Any accommodation is goodwill, not obligation, and doesn't modify this policy.

6. Production Timelines and Delays

Production and shipping estimates are good-faith estimates, not guarantees. Timelines can move with manufacturing, quality control, materials, supplier processing, freight, customs, weather, and carrier conditions — including delays with FedEx, UPS, DHL, USPS, and freight carriers. Delays running the normal course don't automatically qualify for cancellation or refund.

If your order is running behind, email us — we'll share what we know and do what we reasonably can. Where a delay extends significantly beyond what we disclosed, we'll work with you on a fair resolution.

7. Shipping and Delivery

Once shipped, the carrier is responsible for transit. You're responsible for a safe, accurate delivery address.

We're not responsible for packages the carrier confirms as delivered but that are later reported lost or stolen. If a package shows delivered but you can't find it, contact the carrier directly — we'll help where we can, but carrier-confirmed delivery doesn't automatically qualify for refund or replacement.

Refusing delivery doesn't cancel an order. If a package is refused, abandoned, or returned to sender due to customer error, you may be responsible for shipping, carrier fees, storage, customs and duties, restocking fees, and any return-transit damage.

8. Returning an Eligible Item

For items eligible for return, submit your request within 14 calendar days of delivery to info@euroautodesign.com with your order number, name, delivery date, and item.

  • We'll review within a few business days and, if approved, send a written Return Authorization. Please don't ship anything back without written authorization — unauthorized returns can't be accepted.
  • Returned items must arrive unused, uninstalled, unmodified, in original packaging with all components. Insure the return.
  • Unless the return is due to our error, you cover return shipping. Original shipping, freight, customs, and payment-processing fees are non-refundable unless required by law.
  • Approved non-defective returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee — or, at our discretion, full store credit with no fee.

Approved refunds are processed after inspection (typically within 2 business days of receipt) and issued within 5–7 business days to the original payment method. Your bank or financing provider may take additional time to post.

9. Before A Dispute — Please Talk to Us

A dispute shouldn't be the first step when our team is here to review and resolve the issue directly. Email us before initiating a dispute. We aim to respond within 2 business days and will work with you in good faith.

If a dispute is filed, we'll respond with the order record, checkout and policy-acceptance records, tracking, and any communications exchanged. Disputes don't override this policy.

10. Bad-Faith Requests

We assume good faith. We do reserve the right to deny requests that are materially false or fabricated — for example, claiming a product is defective after it was installed or modified, submitting altered evidence, substituting a different product, or claiming non-receipt after carrier-confirmed delivery. We may also decline to continue assisting anyone who threatens or abuses our staff. A good-faith disagreement with a decision is not bad faith.

11. Final Decisions and Governing Law

Euro Auto Design may approve, deny, partially approve, or offer an alternative resolution based on the facts and applicable law. This policy is governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
