Refund policy
At Euro Auto Design, we are committed to delivering premium automotive parts with precision, quality, and transparency. Due to the specialized and often made-to-order nature of our products, this policy is designed to clearly outline eligibility, responsibilities, and limitations for both parties.
By placing an order, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms outlined below.
Refund & Replacement Eligibility
You may be eligible for a refund, replacement, or resolution under the following conditions:
- Product arrives damaged or defective (reported within 72 hours with photo evidence)
- Incorrect item was shipped
- Verified fitment issue (must include proof of professional installation)
- Significant delay exceeding 30+ days beyond stated production lead time
Non-Refundable & Non-Returnable Cases
The following situations are not eligible for refunds or returns:
- Custom or made-to-order items (unless damaged on arrival)
- Used, installed, modified, or painted products
- Incorrect orders placed by the customer
- Buyer’s remorse or change of mind
- Claims made after the allowed reporting window
- Packages marked as delivered but reported lost or stolen
- Issues caused by improper or non-professional installation
We strongly encourage customers to confirm fitment before purchasing. Our team is always available to assist.
Return Window & Inspection Requirement
- Return requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery
- Products must be inspected immediately upon arrival
Any damage, defect, or issue must be reported within 72 hours of delivery with clear photo evidence.
Requests submitted outside of these timeframes will not be accepted under any circumstances.
Order Cancellation Policy
Within 1 Hour of Purchase
Orders may be canceled within 1 hour of purchase.
After 1 Hour
All orders are considered final, as they immediately enter processing and fulfillment.
Exception (Discretionary)
If a cancellation is approved outside the 1-hour window:
- A 25% cancellation fee will apply
After Shipment
- Orders cannot be canceled once shipped
Made-To-Order Products
Many of our products are custom-built per order, including:
- Carbon fiber parts (diffusers, lips, side skirts, spoilers, etc.)
- Large exterior components
Important Conditions
- Production may take 2–3 weeks or more
- These items are final sale unless defective upon arrival
- Production delays do not qualify for cancellations or refunds
Fitment Responsibility & Installation
- Customers are responsible for verifying compatibility before purchase
- We highly recommend professional installation for all products
Fitment Issues
Refunds or replacements for fitment issues are only considered if:
- Installation was done professionally
- Clear documentation is provided
- Our team verifies the issue
Shipping Costs & Returns
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable
- Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility (unless due to our error)
- All returns must be pre-approved before being sent back
Restocking Fee
- Approved non-defective returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee
Return Condition Requirements
Returned items must be:
- Unused
- Uninstalled
- In original packaging
- Complete with all components
We reserve the right to:
- Reject returns that do not meet these conditions
- Issue partial refunds if items are returned damaged or incomplete
Shipping Liability
- Once shipped, responsibility transfers to the carrier
- We are not liable for lost or stolen packages marked as delivered
Customers must file claims directly with the shipping carrier. We will assist where possible.
Damaged or Defective Products
Major Damage
- Report within 72 hours with photo evidence
- Eligible for replacement or refund upon verification
Minor Imperfections
- Minor cosmetic issues may not qualify for full refunds
- Repair or partial solutions may be offered at our discretion
Refund Processing
- Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after inspection
- Issued to the original payment method
- Bank processing times may vary
