Shipping Coverage

We proudly ship to customers across the United States and internationally, offering reliable delivery options tailored to your location.


Order Processing & Handling

All orders are carefully reviewed, processed, and prepared prior to shipment.

  • Processing Time: 7–10 business days (Monday–Friday)
  • Orders enter fulfillment shortly after being placed and may not be eligible for cancellation once processing begins

Inventory & Fulfillment Network

At Euro Auto Design, we offer a catalog of over 700+ premium automotive parts across multiple vehicle platforms.

While we actively stock a selection of high-demand items in our own facilities, not all products are held in-house at all times due to the breadth and specialization of our inventory.

To ensure efficient fulfillment and access to a wider range of high-quality components, we operate through a trusted fulfillment network, which may include:

  • Verified manufacturing partners
  • Authorized distributors
  • Regional and international warehouses

This allows us to provide customers with a broader selection of premium parts while maintaining strict quality standards.

As a result, some items may:

  • Ship from different warehouse locations
  • Require additional handling, processing, or production time
  • Experience delayed tracking updates until reaching the final delivery carrier

All products listed on our store are sourced through vetted partners and are inspected to ensure they meet our quality standards prior to shipment.


Estimated Delivery Times

Delivery timelines begin after order processing is completed.

  • United States: 7–10 business days
  • International: 14–21 business days (subject to customs clearance)

Shipping timelines are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays caused by carriers, customs, or external factors may occur and are outside of our control.


Made-To-Order & Large Items

(Categories include: hoods, trunks, fenders, front lips, side skirts, diffusers, select spoilers, and other carbon fiber components)

These products are custom-built and made to order.

Production & Fulfillment

  • Production may take up to 14–28 business days
  • Items are manufactured specifically per order and are not pre-stocked

Shipping & Tracking

  • Tracking may not update immediately
  • Tracking is typically provided once the item reaches a local warehouse or final carrier
  • Additional transit time may apply depending on logistics and customs

Important Notice

By purchasing made-to-order items, you acknowledge and accept extended fulfillment timelines.


Expedited Shipping

Expedited shipping applies only to the transit phase, not production or processing time.


Shipping Rates

United States

  • Free standard shipping (no minimum)

International

  • Orders over $500: Free standard shipping
  • Orders under $500: Flat $50 shipping fee

Tracking Information

  • Tracking details are provided once your order has shipped
  • Some items may show delayed tracking updates due to logistics routing
  • If you require updates, our support team is available to assist

Customs, Duties & Taxes

For international orders:

  • Duties, taxes, and import fees are not included
  • These charges are determined by your country and are the customer’s responsibility

Shipping Liability & Delivery Responsibility

Once an order has been shipped and handed off to the carrier, responsibility transfers to the shipping provider.

Lost or Stolen Packages

  • We are not liable for packages marked as delivered
  • Customers must file claims directly with the shipping carrier
  • We will assist with documentation if needed

Incorrect Address

  • Orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses are the customer’s responsibility
  • We are not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect information

Delays & External Factors

Delays may occur due to:

  • High order volume
  • Weather conditions
  • Customs inspections
  • Carrier disruptions

These delays are outside of our control and do not qualify for cancellations or refunds.
